My stay at Park Hyatt Shanghai was wonderful, particularly due to the really good service and stunning views from my room. The attentiveness of the staff really made me feel valued, though I did notice a lack of atmosphere in some of the public areas. The dining options were decent, but not as impressive as I expected. Overall, it was a luxurious experience that I'd recommend to anyone visiting Shanghai.

The bed was incredibly soft, ensuring I had one of the best sleeps I've experienced.
